I'm the mother of triplet daughters . I'm a critical care nurse by background, and I work fulltime as a hospice nurse. I love to cook and bake. I love to eat but I'm being really calorie-conscious these days so I try to practice portion control so I don't have to eliminate all the good stuff from my diet. I also like to scrapbook and read, time permitting! I like to find old cookbooks to add to my collection. I have 3 cats: one fat old mean cat (but I love him!) named Tiger Jack, a gray calico named Cupcake, and a black cat named StellaLuna. My fiance recently moved in (getting married in September!) and he brough HIS 3 cats with him. We also have a dog named Greta. I'm majorly addicted to recipes. I'm working on producing a cookbook for my daughters for when they move on to their own households. Paska bread at Easter. We're traditional turkey at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
