I made this pie a week or so ago from this submitter's blog. When I went in tonight to get the recipe from the blog, the blog was gone! I almost panicked! Why? Because this is a very good pie and very simple to make! It's in the rotation!

Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce

Fantastic! I made two 16oz. bags for my wife and me because one bag didn't look like it would be enough. It would have been! Who cares?! A delicious lunch for us tomorrow.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Delicious. Had to substitute the ginger root w/cinnamon and used about half of the amount. I also added flour to the chicken strips since everyone else seemed to like that idea, and after dipping chicken in sauce and adding to my large cast iron skillet, I dumped the rest of the sauce in, making a thick sauce. Almost too sweet.

Awesome Easy Pasta

This was delicious! The sauce did not thicken as I wanted, so I mixed a little corn starch with cold water and then added it to the sauce after I had added everything else. Easy to make and delicious.

Pizza Dough I

I saved this recipe once when out of town and couldn't get to my usual pizza dough recipe. Now I use this recipe exclusively. We like to roll out our dough very, very thin and this crust gets nice and crispy without getting soggy.

Sweet Potato Pie I

This was very good, but....is it supposed to taste like pumpkin pie? Because I don't know if I would have known a difference in a blind taste test. It was a fantastic pumpkin pie; I guess I was expecting it to taste like....sweet potatoes.

Sour Cream Chicken

I hate when someone rates a recipe and then makes incredible changes to it, but most every reviewer made changes so I will also. Fantastic! ...Except I made some major changes...on a recipe with three ingredients. Here goes: No wine whatsoever; cream of mushroom; garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano. Holy , it was delicious! There was LOTS of extra sauce. That sauce was fantastic!

Spinach Brownies

My wife and I absolutely love this! (Eating it right now) I made it as something to snack on while I made dinner and it has become dinner. I do not like spinach at all, but was looking for a way to eat it for the health benefits. This is fantastic! Try it!

Simply Lasagna

Delicious and very easy! This is my second time making a lasagna and the first time was a disaster (used a different recipe). This was very good. Everyone was eating it well-beyond being full. Didn't add hamburger and didn't pay attention to the brands listed here.

I made this with turkey and it ended up tasting like sausage. It was delicious, but I would never make it with turkey again. That's the only negative thing I can say about the recipe and since the recipe doesn't call for turkey...

Kim's Ultimate Meatloaf

Just finished this and made the mistake of not reading the reviews first. FAR TOO MUCH LIQUID!!! That is really my only complaint. Neither my wife nor I like meatloaf and we really enjoyed this. (She's in the kitchen right now picking at what's left) Definitely not your typical meatloaf! Juicy and delicious. We, like so many others, used ground turkey. Next time, I may try either cutting out the water in the liquid or just using part of the overall. And my wife says, "rename it" because it's too good to be called "meatloaf".

Soft Pretzels
