Cheesy Beans and Rice
This was just ok. I think it might have been better if everything was all mixed together before baking, plus a little bit more salt.

Easy Coq Au Vin
Nothing to rave about. I've never had coq au vin before so I thought I'd give this easy one a try. Only thing I did different was used chicken thighs instead of a whole cut up chicken. It lacks something, maybe more salt or something. Not sure if I would try this again.

Cheddar Beer Triangles
This was ok. I don't drink beer and used leftover beer from when a friend visited. Used an amber ale. The taste of beer wasn't real strong so it was ok. I think if I were to make this again, I would add more cheese. Since I don't drink beer I didn't think it would be fair to rate it a 3, so I gave it a 4 since it was ok and real easy to make.
