Butter Cream Frosting II
This is a great recipe for Butter Cream Frosting! It has the perfect consistency to use for decorating cakes and spreads easily. However, next time I will use a little more butter and a little less shortening, but not much. Perfect and delicious on the Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate cake on this site!

Kentucky Butter Cake
This cake is awesome!! It's the butter sauce drizzled over it that really makes it. One time I doubled the sauce...it was to die for! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. Definitely cool completely in the pan. Great served with homemade whipped cream!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This is so easy! The meat just falls apart. Make sure you cook it on low for at least 7 hrs...8 hrs is better. Omit the water and only use the mushroom soup and onion soup mix if you like a thicker gravy. I like to add baby carrots and sometimes potatoes to the crock pot.
