Banana Oat Muffins
I'm auditioning muffins for Thanksgiving and these passed my test. I substituted 1/2 cup ww flour for all-purpose and added 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. Husband says they smelled better than they taste, but he wrong! They are great.

Oven Scrambled Eggs
These were really good. I used half and half instead of milk because I had it. I scaled down the recipe to test before I serve them on Thanksgiving morning. 20 minutes was perfect in my oven. I'll be adding linguica when serving company. Thanks for the great recipe.

Neiman Marcus Cake II
I reduced the powdered sugar to 3 cups but it was still too sweet and didn't have enough cream cheese flavor. It was better the next day but not enough to warrant making a second time without major overhaul.
