Sour Cream Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes
I have always been known for my mashed potatoes, so my standards are very high. I absolutely love this recipe! Now I can enjoy my company instead of standing in the kitchen cooking. The recipe is great as is but as you make it more you wind up putting your own spin on it. I like to put crumbled bacon, cheddar, and green onions on top for a great pot luck take along. I will make this one for years to come and have passed it on to many people. Great, great, recipe. Thanks a million.

Breakfast Casserole II
This recipe was okay. It didn't really have a lot of flavor and was kind of dry. The pork sausage was the redeeming factor, without that it would have been a bust.

Basil Shrimp
This was awsome! I made it for the first time to take to a gathering on the 4th of July. Everyone gobbled this down fast all the while oohing and awwing at how good it was. I did modify slightly because I do not care for course ground mustard so I used dijon and it was perfect. I have since used this marinade on thin sliced chiken breasts that I served over pesto fettucine, MMM. The fresh basil on the meat makes a great presentation. Bravo!
