Fresh Pea Soup
Made this for sunday dinner to go with roast chicken, and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all even my brother in law who does not like peas. I used a leek as I wanted a mild onion taste. I didn't strain it as didn't have time, Next time I make I will make sure that I do. The next time I want to add some carrots and potatoes to it as well to see how that turns out

Potato and Cheese Frittata
This was very good, but next time I think I will cube the potatoes. I found that they didn't crisp up like I would have liked. I also added bacon to it as well which I will do again

Bacon Cheeseburger Upside Down Pizza
I have made this twice now and I can't get over how good it is. I leave out the tomatoes and the peppers as there is an allergy. for the topping i use the Betty Crocker Biscuit mix Cheese-garlic flavor for the topping. I use that in place of the flour and wow I love how it tastes on top. I used my own pizza sauce that I have been making for years which works well with this recipe. Its quick and easy and tastes great
