Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
I only had milk, instead of whipping cream, but this was wonderful! When I added the tomatoes into the mixture, I also added shrimp and it was absolutely fabulous for dinner with some crusty bread and butter. Thank you!

Chicken Jalfrezi
I had to slightly modify this recipe since I was cooking for little tummies as well as big ones, but it turned out fantastically! I halved the spices and omitted the ginger (I forgot to buy it) and served it over fluffy basmati rice. I did find that I had to add a little water near the end of cooking to get some sauce since all of mine had cooked down, but it wasn't a problem. My three year old ate a huge bowl with some bread and butter and proclaimed it a keeper. Thank you!

Tasty Fried Eggplant Balls
These were delicious! My three year old and I ate them up, and he actually requested that I make more the next day! I did noticed that, had I added a little extra salt (I scrimped this time, so it wasn't quite "there", but it was my fault) and a little bit of seafood seasoning, they would have tasted just like crab cakes. I will definitely be making these again!
