This was a wonderful, simple, healthy dish - my husband and I both loved it. I followed the recipe almost exactly (didn't have Italian seasoning, so subbed 1/2 tsp each of thyme and oregano; also, I cut 3 breast halves into cutlets instead of 4 breasts). It came out great. My favorite part about this is that all the ingredients are in your pantry, and I always have chicken breast in the freezer, so I can decide to do this on a whim with no grocery trip. Need more recipes like that!

I thought this was great! I love classic beef burgers, so I am always skeptical of a turkey burger, but this was delicious and quite healthy. As others suggested, I also added a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and used tzaziki sauce as the condiment. The mix was rather mushy as others noted. I didn't want to wait for them to chill and firm up, so I just tossed in a good dose of wheat germ to make them stick together better. (I halved the recipe and needed about 4 tbs of wheat germ.) I will definitely make this again :)
