Mom's Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich
What a nice change from plain old grilled cheese. Even my daughter that doesn't really care for grilled cheese liked this recipe.

Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese
We thought this was good, even my daughter who hates homemade mac and cheese (she had a second helping). I did add more noodles and cream to make it a little less cheesy. I will make this again.

Strawberry Cinnamon Oatmeal Muffins
This recipe was outstanding. I used strawberries that were beginning to get soft.
