Broccoli-Rice Side Dish
This is delicious! I have found that you can substitute 8 oz of velveeta and it still comes out great.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have made these many times and they always turn out great. To make a variation of this cookie, use butterscotch chips in place of the chocolate chips, pecans in place of the walnuts, and add a half a cup of (packed)coconut then bake as instructed in original recipe.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Great tasting oatmeal cookies. I omitted the raisins because my family doesn't like them and they still turned out great!
