Apple Pie
EXCELLENT! The hit of the party. I did reduce the sugar to 2 cups and used Captain Morgan spiced rum in place of Everclear. I served in shot glasses and topped with whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon on top.

Garlic Red Potatoes
Excellent! The kids gobbled them up. I used a Ziploc Microwave Zip N Steam Bag and they were done and perfect in about 7 minutes!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
Just okay. I usually follow the recipe exactly and then if it's got potential I can tweak it. Still unsure on this one. The amount of flour was unbelievable and definitely altered the taste.
