David's Yellow Cake
Excellent yellow cake! I was worried because it was so light it wouldn't hold the weight of icing and decorations, but it did wonderfully. Thanks for a great addition to my recipe box!

Apple Pie
EXCELLENT! The hit of the party. I did reduce the sugar to 2 cups and used Captain Morgan spiced rum in place of Everclear. I served in shot glasses and topped with whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon on top.

Garlic Red Potatoes
Excellent! The kids gobbled them up. I used a Ziploc Microwave Zip N Steam Bag and they were done and perfect in about 7 minutes!
