Very Veggie Lasagna
Very good! I followed the advice of another poster and added turkey burger cooked in red sauce (I needed a second jar of sauce to finish the layers). I chunked the zucchini/squash and micro'd them for 1 minute to soften. I found i could only two do layers instead of the 3 in the recipe. Will def make again!
