Pecan Pie Muffins
A good finger food. Used less butter because I didn't have the full amount. The only thing I would change next time is to add some vanilla extract.

Jamie's Minestrone
Great recipe. Would HIGHLY recommend. Everyone enjoyed. Used dried herbs and added italian seasoning. I can see why it had such good review.
