Savory Cheddar Zucchini Muffins
These are very yummy. They need to be served hot from the oven, not as good reheated the next day. Perfect for brunch.

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins
My kids love these although my son thought he had a piece of grass in his :) I love a recipe that is healthy and delicious.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas
Mmmm! Very yummy, decadent and easy. I sprinkled some black pepper in the chicken mix and pour enchilada sauce on top of half of the pan.
