Bacon Risotto
This was SO delicious! I cooked the bacon in the same pan as I made this dish in, and just drained the fat out of the pan when I took the bacon out. I deglazed with couple of splashes of white wine before I added the risotto in toast and doubled the parm because we like ours cheesy. Will definitely be making it again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Best.Appetizer.EVER!!! Every time I make this, I get asked for the recipe. People LOVE it. I alternate ranch dressing or blue cheese, depending on what I have on hand. Also, I will sometimes bake it in the oven and put some cheese on top and brown it. Both ways it's delicious! So glad I found this! It's a staple in our house for gameday. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip
This is absolutely amazing. The BEST party dip, ever! I go to the bakery at Publix and have them slice up some french bread or some of their sub bread and serve it with this dish. It's amazing! Make sure you use Bavarian Sour Kraut instead of the regular, it makes all the difference in the world! I also add some spicy mustard for good measure. Awesome!
