Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
The only change I made was adding garlic. Next time I make it I will cut back the sour cream and do some of the other suggestions. Great place to start.

Bread Machine Pizza Dough
Didn't have any beer so I used water. I added a bit more flour once it started mixing up and it turned out perfect.
