Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes
I just made these and put them in the crock pot - I am so happy I don't need to worry about the timing now. They are delicious even before the butter. Cooking them in broth with garlic adds great subtle flavor. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken because I have several vegetarians coming for Thanksgiving. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Gruyere with Sauteed Mushrooms
My teenage daughter, husband and I all loved this recipe! Will definitely make it again. I agree with those who say the gruyere is imperative. It was easy...my only adjustment was to add garlic when I added the wine. Surprisingly the wine was not overwhelming.

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
