Peanut Choc-Scotch Fudge
Everyone LOVED this! First time fudge making, It was great! Sent it to my husbands company holiday party. The only problem ( I think with all fudge) is that it was hard to get out. My kids even overbuttered the dish. I am going to make it again and use parchment paper.
