Egg in a Boat
I have always known these as "One-eyed Jacks." It makes a heartier meal if you add a slice of cheese and then a second slice of bread for a grilled egg and cheese sandwich. Very delicious!

These were fantastic but I followed another recipe on how to cook them. After rolling, I lightly brushed with oil and baked them in the oven @425 for 20 minutes. Turned them over after 10 minutes. Same great taste without the added fat of frying.

Baked Pork Spring Rolls
Thank you for sharing a way to cook spring rolls without frying them! The taste was fantastic and I enjoyed it so much more without the guilt of eating fried food.
