I am a veterinarian by trade, but I really wish I could open my own lounge where I could be the cook and the singing entertainment!! LOL!

My cooking triumphs
Holiday dinner(turkey, prime rib, stuffed lamb, stuffed tenderloin). One year I made whole lobster and filet mignon with greenbean/shitaki mushroom dish,stuffed portobello mushrooms, salad and apps) for 10 people! Went off without a hitch, all foods done appropriately and on time!
My cooking tragedies
Occassionally drink too much wine and overcook/burn the steaks on the grill. My husband and I do not like the pre marinated turkey breast I found at the store.
