Fried Pumpkin

I don't know what sort of pumpkin I bought but it was torture to clean and cut it. However, the finished product was good; sweet and savoury at the same time. But it's a little too ordinary for a meal. Great as a snack while watching TV or reading a book.

Banana Cake VI

The cake was too dry for my liking. The bottom was too "heavy" and tough to chew. It also didn't rise as much as I would like. I made it twice thinking I didn't follow the recipe properly. But both times were equally disappointing.

Chicken Vermouth

My boyfriend and I did not like this. The sour cream taste was too strong and the sauce was too watery. It maybe better if the sauce was drier.
