I love to cook gourmet looking food that's easy to prepare. My family enjoys fresh pastas from our pasta maker attachment to the kitchen aid mixer. I love experimenting to fresh vegetables and meats and fish. Currently, my favorite dish is spinach pesto stuffed chicken breasts. One Easter dinner, I prepared several dishes from allrecipes.com. Each one was sweet - sweet potato praline, sweet glaze for the ham, etc. I forgot to balance the flavors by having something salty and savory, too. Dinners was like a big fluff of cotton candy. Yuck!
