Black Bean, Corn and Turkey Chili

This is a great hearty winter meal. Definitely made me forget that I was eating turkey. I didnt have pace salsa so found a copykat recipe for it and made it using canned tomatoes. Cam out fabulous.. I will make this again and again.

Homemade Flour Tortillas

I will never buy tortillas again.. I have to say our first attempt at this was not the best but after viewing a video on how to make tortillas I tried it again and they were perfect. I will be making these for years to come.

Penne and Vodka Sauce

I am definitely a fan. Paired with salad and warm rolls it was way better then going out to eat. I also like that there are few ingredients making it a very affordable dish. I scaled the recipe down for two and added extra garlic and sausage. Also I topped with fresh grated parmesan. Perfecto!!

Baby Back Ribs

This is a great way to cook ribs in the oven with a very easy clean up. I like the fact that you can use your favorite sauce whether it is homemade or store bought. I always thought I had to go out to eat to enjoy ribs but not anymore. Thanks for the wonderful recipe

Creamy Caramel Flan

I call this flan cheesecake. It taste amazing just like flan but with the consistency of cheesecake. It is absolutely the best of both worlds. LOVE IT...

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I love it. Easy to make and quick. Definitely taste like it was simmering all day. Very hearty. Good by itself with italian bread. I will be making this for many years to come.

Carne Guisada III

I have been making carne guisada forever but it is never consistent. This recipe uses the same ingredients that I use except that now I know how much or how little or something I need to put. As for the other ratings I agree that salt is not neccessary. I am originally puerto rican and cook puerto rican food almost everyday and I never use salt. This is a great recipe and I hope to see more like this on allrecipes.com.
