Once, when we were broke, I baked a pan of frozen lasagna. When it came out of the oven, I dropped it on the floor. As luck would have it, it landed up side down! UGH

Chloe's Quick Fruit Salad
Okay.... Now this is just good. I took it to a friend's house and she combined the vanilla yogurt with the fruit. She then used the mixture as a SALAD DRESSING!! WOW So good! Make sure you use a good quality orange juice.

Mashed Potato Cakes
Simple and easy to do. As others said, it is very simple tasting...good for the picky eaters in your life. I turned them over about 1/2 way through and put butter on top when I served them. I will make this again. Next time I'll add bacon and a little shredded cheese.

Egg Salad Sandwiches
WOW! Great recipe. Sometimes we add Dijon mustard and that gives it yet a different flavor.
