Grilled Marinated Shrimp
I followed the recipe as is and it had great flavor. Serve on a bed of rice and a side salad for a great quick meal.

Strawberry Bread
This was an excellent bread. I toasted the pecans sprinkled with cinnamon for a few minutes to bring out their flavor and had to cook it an hour before it was done. I liked the reviewer who said they used applesauce to cut the oil down. I would have done the same, but was out of applesauce.
