Bar-B-Que Sauce
if possible - 6 stars. Excellent sauce! Makes a great base for any variation as well. I like to add a little liquid smoke for a hickory sauce. I also had success roasting jalapeno peppers and cooking them into the sauce (then blending the peppers in) for a hotter sauce.
