All Day Apple Butter
VERY good - so easy, I will never buy apple butter agian! I will cut the sugar down however, was a bit too sweet for my taste.

Enchiladas Suisas
Extremely good! well worth the 45 minute prep time! I like spice but there are others in my family that cannot. This was a decent compromise (I cut the chiles in half - 1/2 cup). You will like this. :)

Chewy Granola Bars
My kids absolutely love these granola bars! I use it as a base for a variety of flavor combinations. I do suggest you use a good quality oat for this. In a pinch I used some 'instant oats' and while they tasted fine, the finer oat 'particles' all but disappeared in the final product.
