Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Fantastic ginger cookies; especially for the holidays. Had to add an extra cup of flour at the end because the batter was so soft, and they turned out great. Sprinkled sugar on top while they were cooling. Santa gives them 5 stars; thanks for sharing the recipe!
