Sour Cream Pork Chops

Very yummy. My entire family enjoyed it. I halved the recipe and used the extra sauce for gravy for our mashed potatoes.

Sweet Fried Summer Squash

Pretty good. Similar to how I make mine. I just use some margarine or butter in the pan and dredge just in flour and salt and pepper while frying in the pan. YUM.

Awesome...easy and yummy. Definately one you can adjust to suit your tastes. I have made it with hamburger and taco seasoning with onion, tomatoes, jalapenos, bell peppers, and banana peppers all added to the meat mixture. Top with cheese and fresh tomatoes. YUM

Peach Amaretto Upside-Down Cake

Delicious. I used nectarines instead of peaches...my daughter ate them before I could use them....I love amaretto. I used vanilla instead of almond extract as I ran out. But it was still delicious. I'll definately make again...and hopefully with peaches next time.

French Spring Soup

My family loved this soup. I will definately be making this again. I added some ham for my son (he's very picky and liked the soup without asparagus, spinach, and leeks...he didn't realize there was onions too :) ). I'll probably reduce the salt next time too. It tastes even better the next day.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Great recipe. The whole family loved it. I did saute the onions before boiling everything. I'll probably cut down on the bouillon just a little. It was a bit to salty for my son. Thanks for the great recipe.

Mexican Rice II

Very easy to way to make rice. I used the Taco Seasoning mix from these site instead of the other seasonings and used a can of diced tomatoes with juice since I was out of tomatoe sauce. Family liked it. Update...made again and this time used Knorr Caldo de Tomatte con Sabor de Pollo instead of tomato sauce and chicken stock. Left out the salt and added minced garlic....delicious!

Spinach Chicken Parmesan

My husband and I loved this dish. I did make a few changes to suit my family's tastebuds though. I didn't use green onions but added some onion flakes. I also doubled the sauce amount and added some sour cream, garlic, seasoning salt, and cayenne pepper.

Savory Grilled Potatoes
