Peanut Butter Cupcakes
I used 2 tsp. lemon juice instead of cream of tartar, a heaping cup of peanut butter, margarine stick instead of shortening, 1 1/2 tsps of vanilla, and sprinkled chocolate chips on top before baking. They were perfect except I don't think it tasted enough of peanut butter. I'm thinking to try the natural peanut butter next time.

No Bake Cookies V
I forgot the salt, used creamy peanut butter, and was careful to get a good boil and not boil too long. Very, very good!

Stovetop Granola
Very good recipe. I use a wok for plenty of room. I use 3 cups oats instead of 2. Also added a tsp of vanilla to the bubbly mixture. I used Old-fashioned oats because my batch with quick oats didn't turn out as well. Very nice granola and much cheaper than store-bought!
