Donut Muffins

Very easy and fun recipe. I made these with my little boy... he had a great time rolling them in cinnamon sugar and thought they were the best muffins ever.

Nutella ™ Cheesecake

This was good, however, I added an egg and baked it as suggested by other reviewers. Otherwise I think it would have been too runny. I topped mine with Ferrero Rocher candies- very beautiful! Everyone enjoyed this dessert.

Extreme Chocolate Cake

This cake recipe is very good! However, I did not care for the frosting (I prefer cream cheese frosting with this cake). I have made this cake many times- it is easy and always good. The recipe is perfected with two small variations- I use hot coffee instead of the water and 1 full cup of cocoa powder. This makes a very chocolatey, moist cake that keeps for days. Yum!

Delicious Artichoke Dip

This was good, people seemed to like it okay. However, it is very tart and the texture is unlike other artichoke dips I have made. I prefer artichoke dips with more of a creamy cheese flavor.

Sugar Cookie Frosting

I used butter flavored shortening as it was the only kind I had on hand. I was quite nervous due to another reviewer saying it did not turn out well, quite the contrary! I doubled the recipe, split it into two bowls, and flavored one with vanilla extract and one with almond extract. Everyone loved it. The perfect topper for sugar cookies- not too sweet- perfection!!

Sugar Cookies with Buttercream Frosting

Excellent sugar cookie recipe! I did not use the frosting recipe, as I did not have butter extract. I used "Sugar Cookie Frosting" from this site and these turned out excellent. I made mine quite large, so baking time had to be adjusted. Will use again, thanks!

Chocolate Crinkles II

These Chocolate Crinkles are OKAY. Usually I make a version of these cookies that call for melting chocolate. These are good cookies, but I prefer the other recipe for taste and appearence.

Very good. I soaked my raisins for about 10 minutes in warm water. The only thing I would do differently next time is to double the spices. Nice crispy cookie.

Eggplant Parmesan II

Raspberry Almond Coffeecake

This is my favorite recipe from this site. I have made it several times. I do agree with other reviewers that it is best to double it. When I do, I use a 9 inch pan. It fills in perfectly. Though the recipe is good with frozen berries, it is BEST with fresh ones. If you do use frozen make sure to drain off as much liquid as possible to avoid a runny mess.

Caramel Bars

I used an 8x8 pan, which makes for a much nicer bar. These were excellent, everyone loved them. I used pecans instead of walnuts. Very good!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

These had a good flavor, but the texture left something to be desired. They were very dense and I did not enjoy that the cream cheese just melted on top. I took these into work, usually things get snatched up immediately, but with this recipe there were plenty left at the end of the day. :(
