Golden Sweet Cornbread
Absolutely the most incredibly delicious cornbread I've ever made! I followed suggestions and reduced baking powder to 2 tsp and sugar to 1/2 cup - but I also stir in 1/2 a can of cream style corn before pouring the batter into the baking pan. Tastes likes it's been slathered in butter, but no butter in it!
