Turkey-Lentil Chili
My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. It was hearty enough without being overly heavy and the flavor was good, but not too strong. I made the recipe without any modifications and I would make it the same way again.

Asian Rainbow Trout
Great recipe. The flavors perfectly balanced the fish but were not overpowering. I also took the suggestion of using sesame oil over olive oil and it really complimented the other asian flavors well.

Italian Style Flounder
I used flounder that had been frozen, and I pressed out as much of the water as I possibly could. I also reduced the cooking time as others suggested and this stil come out mushy. The flavor was okay, but it was overshadowed by the mushiness of the fish.
