Used a 1 lb.10oz can of chiles and added chicken and used only 8 oz. of pepper jack layered, chili, chicken, cheese. I put a 10 inch flour tortilla in the bottom of my round casserole so I don't have to scrap against foil to serve. Use Reynolds release or spray the foil. The sauce is enchilada sauce and a can of Rotel.
