I doubled the dressing but not the lemon juice. Thought it might still be too tart but it was perfect. Used half romaine, half iceberg. I ended up adding... sautéed half a pkg of mushrooms, half a diced yellow onion, and a thinly sliced rib of celery in the bacon fat. Added some red bell pepper and tomatoes for color.
