Day Before Mashed Potatoes
I didn't care for these. They had too much sour cream in them for my taste. Everyone else liked them though. I also didn't like the texture. It was almost glue like...

Baked Sweet Potatoes with Raisins and Pecans
This was pretty good. I used 5 potatoes and had to layer them. I baked them at 375 for about an hour and they were perfect.

Henry and Maudie's Oatmeal Cookies
I love these cookies! I cut the sugar in half and they were still plenty sweet. I didn't add raisins, next time I will.
