Irresistible Irish Soda Bread
I made this as directed, without the raisins. The store didn't have buttermilk so I just used regular milk with vinegar in it. It is FABULOUS. I have always found Irish Soda Bread bland and boring but this one isn't at all. It has a great moist texture too.

My Country Style Steak
This recipe is awesome & EASY! It goes over well with the husband and the picky kids. I made it just as directed and wouldn't change anything.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing
Absolutely fabulous is right! I will NEVER buy greek dressing again. If you have trouble with it seperating I would mix the mustard with vineger and seasoning and slowly whisk in oil after. Works like a charm. I keep mine in the frige though.
