Kalamata Pork Tenderloin with Rosemary
Good, easy recipe. I substituted Perdue chicken cutlets (or the Perdue fresh chicken tenderloins) instead of the pork & the recipe worked just as well. If u don't like the strong taste of the kalamata olives, cut back on these just a little.

Chicken Noodle Soup
Not good, but can be easily improved. Saute veggies,or micro or use frozen peas, carrots, etc. Second, don't use bouillon cubes. They're terrible tasting, not healthy (way too much salt, no nutritional value) & make awful broth. Instead use Swanson's chix broth instead, this is the closest to homemade & it's true. It's worth the extra cost to use "Swanson's", as their broth is nutritional, plus non fat. Per other reviewer, OK to cook the chix w/the broth. Can substitute noodles w/pastina, alphabet pasta, orzo pasta.

Sauteed Apples
Wonderful Side Dish Like the fried apples from the Cracker Barrel restaurant? If so, use this recipe & modify slightly. If u like apples a bit less sweet, reduce the sugar a bit to 1/3 cup, cook a little less time until apples are just still a bit firm to the bite, & serve as a side w/baked ham, pork roast/chops, fried/roast chicken or even w/those frozen chicken strips for the kids. Very easy/quick to make & a nice way to include fruit in a meal.
