About this Cook
Married mom of six. I like to do a lot of baking and finding new recipes for dinners.
My favorite things to cook
Baked goods. But I like making lasagna and seafood too. Appetizers.
My cooking triumphs
The double layer pineapple upside down cake on this site. Everyone loves when I make it!
My cooking tragedies
I was 10 years old and used a microwave and a microwave cookbook. I made apple turnovers in the microwave. They were really good, until I got to the part that had bread crumbs. I didn't know it called for plain bread crumbs. I used italian seasoned. HAHAHA. You live, you learn.

Dump Cake I
This reminds me of pineapple upside down cake. I think next time I may add coconut, however this was really good and lasted about 2 hours in my house, before the whole pan was gone.

Jenny's Black Forest Cake
Excellent cake. Nice and moist. Made a chocolate glaze that I drizzled on top. Everyone loved it.

Marie Edwards Cookies
These cookies are tasty! All I had was a sheet pan so I used that.(Dimensions are a little different.) I brushed the egg white on with a marinating brush and used a sifter to sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar on top evenly. My three year old says these cookies are yummy.
