Pecan And Chocolate Espresso Pie
This pie is amazing... The batter, for me came out a bit runnier than expected, but I think if I had beaten the batter more thoroughly like for 45 sec to a minute between each egg addtion it would have been thicker. At any rate, I baked it for the listed time and pulled it out. What I love about it is that it isn't so sweet as chocolate pecan pies made with chocolate chips. The cocoa powder really cuts the sweet. Delicious!

Tiramisu Martini
Here's the deal. Use great ingredients to get a great drink. I used Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua Mocha and WHITE Creme de Cacao. After shaking, I splashed with 2% milk. I served this to about 30 women and almost all of them loved it. It is sweet, but so is Tiramisu.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken
I varied this as others suggested, added corn starch at the end. My kids thought it was okay, I thought it was terrible. Very fake and processed. I'll never make it again.
