Red Cabbage Salad II
All I tasted was vinegar and seasoned salt (not a good combo). Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 to allow for the possibility of user error. :)

Sarah's Applesauce
I used 6 Golden Delicious apples instead of 4. Kept the water and sugar levels the same, except I threw in a pinch of brown sugar as well. I have a sweet tooth, but it was *slightly* too sweet for me. Hubby and kids LOVED it, though. I will definitely make it again and experiment with sugar and water levels.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
Great! My family won't touch black olives so I just added some olive oil to the mixture. It was DELICIOUS! My kids actually ate it (they won't eat regular hamburgers), and my red-meat-lovin' hubby even asked for me to make it again! Thanks for a tasty, easy recipe!
