Easy Cheesy Tuna Casserole
So easy and hubby loved it!!! He is picky about tuna casseroles and this was simple and delicious. I used 2 cans drained tuna, 2 cans cream of mushroom chicken, 1 can peas and carrots drained, wide egg noodles, 1 stick butter and 2 cups shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese. Followed directions for preparing and baking. I did add pepper to mixture and garlic salt. Delicious, thanks for the great recipe!!!!

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly
I am a first time jelly maker. This was fabulous!!! Addicting with cream cheese and wheat thins. Everyone loved it!!! This was amazing. I read the reviews and tweeked it a little. I used 1 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 4 1/2 cups sugar, 12 jalapenos (four with seeds)making 3/4 cups, 3/4 cups red bell pepper. Boiled for 5 min while stirring the whole time, cooled off for 2 min while stirring, added liquid pectin, poured into jars, topped with lids, boiled jars for 5 min. to seal lids...turned every half hour for 2 1/2 hours...set perfectly by the last 1/2 hour. Added red food coloring, next time I will try without, but was the best jelly ever!!! So easy and yummy!! Thanks so much for the recipe, can't say enough about it.

Cinnamon Snack Mix
Wow, I made this and handed it out for work and oh my gosh, everyone asked for the recipe. It was addictive and so so so good that I will make it often for friends and family. I did alter it by adding marshmallows and peanuts. Baked it at 250 for 40 min and the marshmallows didnt burn. Also, added 1/2 cup lite corn syrup and 1/2 cup brown sugar with a dash of cinnamon to the glaze. Tried it without the added ingredients the first time cooking it and I didn't feel that it "clumped" enough, so tried some changes and got huge raves, thanks for the wonderful recipe!!
