Italian Summer Squash Polenta Bake
I've made this many times and just love it. Having a dairy allergy, I omit the cheese, but it's still delicious and full of flavor. I also use fresh garlic instead of the salt.

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread
I made this for the first time this past weekend, and loved it. Very moist, and just the right amount of sweetness. I'll definitely be making this one again.

Jewish Coffee Cake
I've made this twice now, and both times it's turned out wonderfully. Nice and moist and not too sweet.
