Spaghetti Squash I
This was my first time cooking spaghetti squash and it was really wonderful. I forgot the olives, but added toasted pine nuts - they added a great crunchy surprise throughout. I wish I'd read Tracy's review on making the leftovers into a frittata - I bet that was great! Will be making again.

Southern Style Thanksgiving Green Beans
I've failed multiple times at cooking good Southern green beans (turned out rubbery or never softened just right), but these ROCKED! Like other reviewers, I cooked them all day long in a crock pot. I really liked the hint of vinegar (not overpowering at all). A definite keeper, and not just for Thanksgiving.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Minus the lingering smell of cooking them (the curse of most cabbage dishes...), these were excellent! Being someone that only sort of likes brussel sprouts, the "burnt" black leaves were the best part (looks weird and overdone but tastes really good). Will be making again, definitely.
