Chaat - Dahi Batata Puri
I made this for a group that included a couple families from India. I thought it was a real dud, until my wonderful Indian friends showed me how to mix it all in bowls over broken up crakers (I was trying to balance all the toppings on top of the crackers!!!). They loved it!!!! Thanks for introducing me to Indian cooking!!!!

Gingerbread Coffee
I knew I'd love this...I used fat free half & half and omitted the whipped creme. Yum!!!!!

Bean Soup With Kale
Oh yeah...loved this! I was a little doubtful while it was going together, but it magically came together in the end. A couple more great recipes like this one and I'll become a vegetarian for sure!!
