Best Bobotie
One of my employees introduced me to some African dishes...now I'm obsessed. The Bobotie is awesome! Very easy to make. Meatloaf on steroids!!

Stewed Tomatoes with Dumplings
With all the restaurants, gourment foods, and the latest and greatest cooking gadgets available, it's still hard to beat old-fashioned comfort food. This is so simple and s-o-o-o good for the palate and the soul. Thanks for reminding me of home!!

Southern Peach Cobbler
Oh my gosh...fabulous. I made it for my employee's birthday and he loved it. Very easy and I didn't even turn my kitchen into a disaster zone like I usually do when I bake. This is definitely a keeper!
