I am married with two grown children and two grandchildren. I am a Medical Assistant at a well known clinic. I love to cook but don't like cleaning up. I wish I had more time to cook more than I do. My other hobbies are reading and scrapbooking. I like easy recipes tried and tested. I have many recipes that are requests for family functions. My favorite time of the year is fall.
