Delicious and easy. I prepared this with COLOSSAL SIZE SHRIMP, WRAPPED BACON TWICE around each shrimp, and GRILLED UNTIL BACON WAS DONE (FLIP 2-4 times). I served with side of lemon wedges and a side of cocktail sauce Everyone loved them. (The colossal shrimp are not cheap but they're HUGE, I buy them on sale).

These crab cakes are ABSOLUTELY delicious. The recipe is easy to prepare. My family and friends now consider this "my" specialty.
