Three Chile Dry Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
A perfect salsa recipe! I love making fresh salsa and have tried many varieties. This salsa has such a nice well rounded flavor. Cooking the salsa for 5 minutes really does take the edge off the raw tomatillo taste. We love hot salsa, yet didn't think this was to hot. I even added several extra Pequin peppers. No need to search any further!!! Stop right here and make this salsa!!!

Fried Cinnamon Strips
We make these cut into triangles. After frying we place them onto paper towel lined cookie sheets. We sprinkle the cinn/sugar over them and lightly shake the excess off. We them top them with whipped cream or cool whip, then drizzle honey on them. (even non-honey fans, love these!)

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
Great salad. Before serving, I toss the coated broccoli into a bunch of fresh spinach that I have washed and dried well. I also use dried cranberries instead of the raisins. Everyone loves it!
