Cheesecakes, Desserts, Ethnic Dishes, Chicken My Mom always made Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies - to this day, the smell of these fabulous cookies cheers me up! Cheesecake (it's a matter of debate among friends and family which one is best), herbed potatoes, baked beans - I think these are the things that I am best known for... Angel food cake is always a disaster for me as are croissants!
