Five Minute Ice Cream
This is pretty great. I used up my leftover half and half and frozen strawberries - even added a little vanilla coffee creamer b/c I did not have quite enough half and half. I used less than half the sugar and it is PERFECT. This is dangerous! I can't wait to try other combos.

Colonial Brown Bread
Despite the word "sweet" in the descriptor line, I did not expect this to be as sweet as it is. It is rather tasty - next time I'll cut some of the sugar and try for a more savory version. As is, this was a great tea bread with honey butter, or jam, or made into a decadant french toast.

Michael's Foccacia Bread
As written, this is a good recipe. I can already tell - this will be a five star recipe with a few modifications. I agree with the other reviewers that having more of the "good stuff" mixed into the bread will really kick this up a notch. More herbs and cheese in the bread - I'm thinking about carmelizing the onions next time, and adding that with some roasted garlic and maybe a soft cheese like brie to the bread dough. Mmmm - this is a great base to experiment though!
